The rooms are bright and modern, with good beds. Great to have TV set, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. The location of the hotel in Cairns is marvellous and lovely, close to an excellent local restaurant serving great Italian food as well as a beachside cafe.

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at a quiet location by the beach. The tropical gardens surrounding the complex were filled with a variety of birds, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was refreshing and the lounge area was cozy and inviting. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The close proximity to Cairns and the airport made it convenient for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for a chilled out getaway. I had a great experience and would definitely return.

The accommodation was even better that I expected from the website. So close to everything that we wanted.

The big issue I had was that there were a lot of ants in our kitchen area. We had other friends staying at the resort and they didn't have that problem. We had a baby with us so it was a big issue for us.Also booked a superior room with sea view which is what I was expecting but I think sea view was exaggerated unless you went out to the far corner of the balcony you couldn't see the sea.

Close to the oceanclose to the city

The room was new-fashioned and stocked with the bedroom, jacuzzi plus washing machine as expected. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, loved it. The personnel was excellent, and the owner too.

The location of the resort was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was just a short drive to all the major attractions in the area, like the Skyrail and Crystal Cascade waterfall. Plus, the beach was right nearby, offering beautiful views and relaxing walks. We also loved the amenities provided in our room, like the cooktop, microwave, and other kitchen facilities. It was so convenient for our family, and we were able to enjoy home-cooked meals during our stay.

While overall our stay was enjoyable, there were a few things that could be improved. the furnishings and fittings in the room were a bit tired and could use an update.

Welcoming and helpful staff at reception. Happy service staff. Very pleasant and well maintained grounds and facilities. Excellent pool and spa. Clean comfortable rooms and good laundry service. Quiet location and handy to the beach and local dining. Only a relatively short drive to Cairns CBD, Smithfield Shopping Centre and other major beach locations. Good parking area.

I'm sure that any reasonable concerns we may have expressed would have been promptly attended to.

It was very clean with all necessary facilities in the apartment. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The beach, bus stop, eating places and few local shops were all very close. The Manager, Lyn, was very helpful and always very pleasant. I would certainly recommend this resort.

Staying at this beachside resort was a fantastic decision. The location is unbeatable, with a charming beach cafe just across the road. Every morning we woke up to an inspiring view of the ocean from our balcony. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing useful recommendations for sightseeing. The beautiful gardens and the pool area made for a relaxing environment.

Although the resort had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, there could have been more variety of breakfast options available.

We loved this place. It is right on the beach. We had a whole apartment to ourselves including a small kitchen, laundry closet, bedroom, living room, dining area and balcony that overlooked the pool and the ocean beyond...the tropical trees, the sound of the surf...what's not to love???

We read the reviews earlier and one or two people complained about the lack of regular hotel amenities...like clean towels. We realized this was a different deal and had no problem doing the laundry ourselves while we were here. The price was great and having our own apartment for the week felt like we lived there for real. Plus the Aussies are such friendly, nice people...wonderful experience all around. Oh, there were also some complaints about the airplanes overhead as the property is near the airport. It's true, there were a few but they didn't bother us at all. We were actually very sad to leave and return to "real" life.

Good value with room rates. Lyn very helpful and friendly, liked having water view and the tropical gardens around the pool were beautiful.Pool also was a great size.

Would of liked to have had foxtel and expected there to be a dishwasher. Out of the resorts control but several loud late night domestic disputes on the beach on a Friday and Saturday night.

I recently stayed at a beachside hotel that exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic. Situated in a quiet area right opposite the beach, I was able to enjoy stunning views throughout my stay. The hotel also provided basic amenities and modern facilities, making my holiday comfortable and convenient. In addition, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a good holiday. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with comfortable furniture on the balcony, allowing me to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings.

The friendly staff, the reception staff were great.

The unit furniture could have been cleaner, the dust was matted into the ratten chairs and the appliances ie., toaster, pans, plates etc were very old.

Booked a room with pleasant views of the beach. The location was favourable and stunning, within walking distance of the beach.
